Who We Are

PrimeX Technology Inc. is an 8(a) certified, Minority and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) dedicated to delivering experienced and professional services to our clients.  PrimeX was formed in 1999 guided by one mission; Delivering Quality, Products On Time, Within Budget.  As a semiconductor remanufacturer, PrimeX was one of the first companies to penetrate the Chinese market with the successful installation of five Applied Materials Systems in Wuxi, China in six months time while simultaneously delivering systems to Europe and domestically.  Our “The Customer Comes First” mantra allowed us to repeatedly deliver major systems to customers such as Linear Tech, Sharps Labs, and Thin Films Technology.  Our repeat business is a testament to our ability to deliver excellent post sale support as well as on the front end of a sale.  PrimeX Technology remains one of the premier semiconductor remanufacturers in the country.

As the first minority and veteran owned, 8 (a) company to receive the HP Enterprise Partner certification for federal and commercial sales in Arizona, PrimeX provides a wide range of professional IT support services to the private sector and the United States Federal Government – Department of Defense, Department of Human Services, Department of Energy, and other Federal Agencies.   
 
PrimeX Technology IT services are mission focused and results driven.  Company personnel possess prerequisite clearances.  One of the company’s unique strengths is our ability to integrate technology as a means to enhance efficiencies for management of projects; resulting in improvements to the quality of all deliverables.

News

PrimeX’s team anxiously awaits the award of the NOAA IT Strategic Alignment and Sourcing Initiative .  PrimeX along with our partners, HP, Avnet, Williams Adley & Associates, Sabot and Seebis Solutions, submitted a quality package in response to the RFP.  

PrimeX was pleased to participate at the Department of Energy’s Small Business Conference held in Long Beach, California August 11 –14, 2009.  We were  proud to exhibit at the conference and were able to make significant contacts within the DOE and beyond.

Our proposal writing team is currently working diligently on PrimeX’s response to the 8(a)Stars II RFP.
